Cardinal Gymnastics has been serving Ames and Central Iowa for over twenty-five years. CGA was founded as a way to provide gymnastics opportunities to the young people of Ames who had very few gymnastics opportunities. Over the years the club has grown tremendously and many successful young athletes have passed through our doors. In 2006 CGA was purchased by Jay and Mary Ronayne. Jay Ronayne is the Head Gymnastics Coach at Iowa State University and Mary is the Director of Gymnastics Operations at ISU. The Ronaynes are proud to continue to provide gymnastics opportunities to hundreds of young people every year at CGA.
