7/24/08 NEW FREE ONLINE REGISTRATION for fall classes will be available as early as next
week!
7/24/08 2008 FALL REGISTRATION - Our fall registration will be available beginning Monday,
July 28. Fall classes are August 25 - December 20.
There are no classes during Thanksgiving Break at ISU.
All classes will have the annual registration fee due at this time.
New OPEN GYM times this semester!

7/18/08 The Cardinal Gymnastics Competition Teams performed at the Iowa Games Opening
Ceremony this evening. The event took place at Jack Trice Stadium and included
Governor Chet Culver as well as the 2008 Miss Iowa. Our gymnasts did a FANTASTIC
job!!

7/3/08 Look for the Cardinal Gymnastics Gymnasts in the Ames July 4th Parade!
A select few of the Cardinal Gymnastics Academy athletes will be appearing in the 2008 Ames July 4th parade at 11:00 am. These gymnasts will be tumbling and handing out candy throughout the length of the 2 hour parade.
The next CGA session of recreational classes begins on July 7th.

Olympic Hopeful, Shawn Johnson from Chow's Gymnastics in West Des Moines payed a visit to our gym today. Shawn's gym in Des Moines (Chow's Gymnastics) was inundated by the recent flooding of central Iowa. Shawn and her friends from Chow's optional team practiced at Cardinal Gymnastics Academy to prepare for the upcoming Olympic Trials. We are happy to provide Shawn with a safe and comfortable facility to prepare for the U.S. Olympic trials. Good luck Shawn!
We wish Shawn the best of luck at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. From what we observed in our gym during her training...she will be the number one pick for the team, no doubt!
6/13/08 Open Gym for Tonight is Canceled! There is an emergency that requires a cancelation of our Open Gym. Please check back with us later to get an updated schedule.
5/18/08 - New OPEN GYM schedule for summer 2008. Wednesdays from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and Fridays (beginning June 13) from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

2/25/08 Kidz Dayz Birthday Party Raffle Winner! Congratulations Sarah Cook! Sarah was the winner of the CGA Birthday Party raffle at Kidz Dayz !
1/16/08 We are still accepting students! Even though our Spring classes have started we are still accepting students. Classes are filling up fast so contact us today! Online registration is no longer available, but we are still accepting registrations mailed to 202 Beyer Hall!
12/6/07 Classes are still being held tonight! Despite the poor weather conditions, all classes and team practices are going on as planned. The one exception is the Optional Team will not have practice tonight
12/06/07 Online registration for Spring Classes is coming soon. Please check back soon for the new Online version of class registration. As a convenience to customers we now offer online registration instead of the old paper and check version.

All classes, open gym and Parents Night Out have been postponed to Saturday December 8th. see you Next saturday.

10/9/07 Tremendous improvement from all of the compulsory team girls!
This past weekend at the 2008 Chow's Rising Stars Challenge the level 4, 5 & 6 teams made everyone at Cardinal Gymnastics Academy proud. The CGA level 4 team was paced by a 1st place finish by Gracie Cannon on Beam.
The level 5 team had two 1st place finishes by Alexa Al-Hameed on Bars and Beam. Ellie Jennett also took 1st place in her division on Beam.
Erin Castle and Madeleine Kean both took 2nd place on Vault to lead the level 6 team in their respective divisions.
9/19/07 Congratulations to our Compulsory Teams at the 2007 Judges Cup!

7/27/2007 We are pleased to welcome Janet Anson as our new Team Director and Head Coach!
  Janet will oversee the team coaching staff and lend her valuable gymnastics experience to our team program.
Janet is an 8 time All-American and 2007 NCAA National Gymnast of the Year!
