Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
How it works:
Each session is 5 weeks long. Purchase a Flex card that is good for your 5-week session OR pay as you come. ($10.00 per visit)
Each evening is a structured gym beginning with warm-ups starting at 5:30 p.m. and event rotations and conditioning till 7:00 p.m. Coaches will provide instruction for all athletes based on individual skill level.
